Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon  paprika  (regular or smoked)
  • ½ teaspoon  Italian Seasoning herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon  salt and pepper  (or to taste)
  • 1 ½ pounds  potatoes  (peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks)
  • 1 12oz can  evaporated milk
  • 3 cups  beef broth  (or chicken broth)
  • 1 cup  cream
  • ½ cup  sour cream
  • 2 cups  shredded cheddar cheese
