These Delicious Stir Fried Brussels Sprouts Will Convert Anyone!
Ingredients
  • 2.5 lbs. fresh Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and cut in half or quarters if larger sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce, or coconut aminos, or Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp gluten free flour
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
