A Wild Greens Frittata for Any Meal of the Day
Ingredients

  • 7 large sliced scallions, including the green parts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups finely chopped nettle leaves (use gloves when chopping to avoid the sting)
  • 1 cup finely chopped chickweed
  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill leaves
