Bacon wrapped meatloaf

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef high fat
  • ½ cup onion minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • Pepper
Steps
  1. 1.  Preheat oven to 350* mix together ground beef, onion, garlic l, salt and pepper, and egg until well blended.
  2. 2.  Firm into oblong Piaf wrap bacon strips around log tucking bacon ends under the log.
  3. 3.  Place on foil wrapped baking sheet brush with half cha cha sauce.
  4. 4.  Place on middle rack bake for 30 mins brush on rest of cha cha sauce return to oven fir 20 more mins.
  5. 5.  Place meatloaf under broiler for a few mins to crisp up bacon. Let meatloaf sit for 5 minutes before serving.
