Balsamic Glaze by Duger

Ingredients
  • 2 cups balsamic vinegar (16oz bottle)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
Steps
  1. Mix the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in small saucepan over medium heat. Once the sugar is dissolved, bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to medium-low heat and simmer until the glaze is reduced in half, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. It should coat the back of a spoon to a nice brown color. Let cool and pour into the vinegar bottle.
Notes
  • Store in the refrig for future use.
