Ethel’s Chinese Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1c chopped celery
  • 1c chopped onion
  • 2 cans chicken
  • 1c sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1c salted cashews
Steps
  1. Layer ½ can of noodles onto the bottom of Casserole dish reserving rest for top.  Simmer onion and celery in a little oil and and combine with other ingredients except noodles.  Pour into casserole dish and top with rest of noodles.
  2. Bake 350* for 40 minutes
