  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4.5 cups vegetable stock or water adjust the quantity to get the desired consistency.
