  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 ½ tsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice (from 1 small lemon)
  • ¼ tsp. grated garlic (from 1 garlic clove)
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 4 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
