Jiffy Corn Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn, NOT drained
  • 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature and lightly beaten
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, melted and slightly cooled
