Easy Gluten-Free Waffles

I have difficulty digesting dairy (Lactate pills do not help me.) and gluten. But I can usually figure out a way to convert most recipes to dairy and gluten free. I’m just starting on this project. So please be patient. As I try out my recipes, I will let you know how it goes.

2 large eggs

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

½ cup vegetable oil

2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum,

½ teaspoon xanthan gum, (leave out if your flour blend already has it)

4 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder

¼ teaspoons salt

1 ¾ cup milk
