Stir-Fried Shrimp with Snow Peas and Ginger
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 6 ounces snow peas, strings removed, washed and dried
  • 1 scallion, chopped
