Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg's)
  • 1  tablespoon Pristine Whey Protein or other on plan plain protein powder as a drink
  • subheading: (The tablespoon of whey makes this an FP but reducing this amount to 1 teaspoon whey powder will make this an all day sipper if you prefer not to drink it as a drink with your meal or snack):
  • ½ teaspoon powdered ginger (I use high quality, organic powdered)
  • ½ teaspoon pure orange extract (I use Kroger's brand and it is great)
