  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, seasoned or unseasoned
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary for garnish
