  • 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sea salt (+ more to taste)
  • 2 bay leafs
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill (for serving)
