Ingredients

- 2½ (300g) cups flour, sifted
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp fine sea salt (or 1 tsp kosher salt)
- 2 cups (250g) walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 cups (325g) semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (I prefer dark chocolate, Guittard’s Extra Dark to be precise)
