Keto Avocado, Salmon and Egg Cups
Ingredients
  • 1 avocado cut in half
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz smoked salmon
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
Steps
  1. Directions: Remove the seed from the avocado and lay on a baking sheet lined with foil. Lay 1.5 oz of salmon at the bottom of the hole in the avocado. Separate the yolks from the whites and place a yolk on top of the salmon. Slowly pour the remaining whites to fill the rest of the space around the hole in the avocado (you may need to discard some whites). Sprinkle with red chili flakes and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees or until the egg is cooked.
