This makes for a hearty entrée served with a Chopped Salad underneath

Ingredients
  • 112g Barilla® Cellentani Pasta
  •  
  • 1 C. Black Olives, drained and halved
  •  
  • 1 C. Manzanilla Olives, drain
  •  
  • ½ C. each chopped Onions, Carrots, Celery and Sweet Bell Peppers
  •  
  • ½ lb. Hard Salami, sliced thick-ish and halved
  •  
  • ⅓ to ½ C. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  •  
  • ¼ + Olive Garden Original Salad Dressing
  •  
  • ¼ C. Flat Leaf Parsley, rough chopped
  •  
  • freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Cook the Pasta in Salted water for 14 minutes
  2. Drain and run under cold water to cool the Pasta down
  3. Combine everything in a large bowl
  4. Cover and refrigerate for a day
  5. subheading: To Serve:
  6. Give the Pasta Salad a good stir, does it need some more Salad Dressing? More grated Cheese?

  • Everything is "to taste", if needs more or less of something, that's fine, pretty much eyeball it.
