  • 2 teaspoons King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ¾ cups (210g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups (178g) quick-cooking oats
