Ingredients
  • 10½ oz. condensed beef broth
  • 2 avocados (peeled & cubed)
  • sour cream
  • green onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash hot pepper sauce
  • 3 medium tomatoes (peeled & cut up)
Steps
  1. Slice 1 green onion.
  2. Put onion, broth, avocados, salt, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, & ½-c. sour cream in blender container & blend till smooth.
  3. Pour blender contents into container & stir in tomatoes.
  4. Chill thoroughly.
  5. When ready to serve, garnish with sour cream & chopped green onion tops.
