  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil (or avocado oil, vegetable oil, or melted butter)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
