  • 1 Tbsp sweetener

  • Filling
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 cup full fat ricotta cheese
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbs sweetener
Steps
  1. subheading: Crepes:
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix together.
  3. Make crepes thin and cook (Can be tricky to flip).
  4. Stack pancakes

  6. Mix with a hand mixer.
  7. Fill crepes and wrap them.
