¼ cup pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix

¼ cup half-and-half, light cream, or milk

1 ½ cup powdered sugar

6 ounce bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

¼ cup butter

½ cup coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
