Servings: Makes approx. 15 large size meatballs.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed
  • ⅛ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • Rosemary, ground
  • Fennel, ground
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together in electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Pour a little olive oil in a frying pan and heat.
  3. Meanwhile, using medium or large scoop, shape meatballs.
  4. Fry meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  5. Add meatballs to a pot of sauce and simmer until cooked through.
