½ cup all purpose flour

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

1 to 2 TBSP olive oil

10 oz mushrooms I like using a blend of baby bella and white button mushrooms, but you can go with one or the other

2 cloves of garlic, minced

½ cup red wine A dry red wine works best: think cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, or merlot

1 cup chicken broth

1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ cup heavy/whipping cream

1 TBSP corn starch

Fresh chopped parsley, for serving
