honey-soy slow cooker chicken thighs

Ingredients
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ¼ teas ground anise
  • 8 chicken thighs
Steps
  1. Grease slow cooker
  2. Place chicken thighs in bottom of slow cooker
  3. Combine soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic and anise. Mix well and pour over chicken.
  4. Cook on low 6 hours.
