Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
  • 100 grams leaven (made the night before- see instructions)
  • 500 g flour (we use a 60% white and 40% whole grain flour - or use a blend of your choice)
  • 10 g of sea salt
  • 375 g of water, room temperature
  • 125 g raisins
  • 8 g (about 1 tbsp) ground cinnamon
