Valentine’s Day Hy-Vee dinner package for two.
Valentine’s Day
Ingredients
  • 2 to 5 oz. USDA Prime Reserve™ Tenderloins.
  • (*Uncooked - Cook to internal temperature of 160°)
  • 2 - twice baked potatoes
  • ½ lb. - bacon wrapped asparagus
  • 1 - 10 oz. baguette or sliced, french bread bowl
Steps
  1. Reheat potatoes: Heat oven to 350°. Place potatoes on cookie sheet, and cook for 15 to 20 min.
  2. Unwrap bacon. Place on microwave safe plate. Cook in microwave, 3 to 5 min.
  3. Grill Steaks: Place steaks on the Foreman grill. Press down during cooking. Grill for 10 min.
  4. Asparagus: Grill along with the steak.
  5. Salad: Put mix and toppings into 2 bowls.
  6. Bread: French bread bowl, sliced is the way to go!
  7. Eat with love : )
