How to Stir-Fry Noodles (Easy Wok Recipe)
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces fresh or dry noodles, such as Chinese egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 4 to 5 cups other mixed stir-fry ingredients, like chicken, pork, beef, tofu, red and green peppers, mushrooms, napa cabbage, bok choy, and so on
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil
  • 1 to 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced, optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Soy sauce, rice wine, chicken broth, or oyster sauce, to taste (see Recipe Note)
