Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- - ½ cup ricotta cheese
- - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- - ¼ cup bread crumbs
- - 1 egg
- - ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- - ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- - 1 teaspoon salt
- - ½ teaspoon black pepper
- - ½ cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the marinara sauce. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
