Ricotta Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • - ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • - ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • - 1 egg
  • - ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • - ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • - ½ cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the marinara sauce. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
