  • 2 jalapenos, diced
  • 1 cup roasted green chiles (canned or fresh), diced
  • 2 chipotle peppers with adobo sauce from can (use about 1 Tbsp of sauce)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp sea salt

  • 1 Batch fresh or canned beef chili
  • 1 Batch Guacamole
  • 1 Batch Chimichurri
  • Queso (1 pound processed cheese loaf melted with 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chiles)
