Ingredients
  • 1 whole orange (peeled and seeded)
  • ½ cup unsweetened nut milk (almond or cashew)
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup 1% cottage cheese (low-fat)

  • ¾ tsp orange extract (or a couple drops pure essential orange oil)
  • 3 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend (3 to 4 tsp) (or, 3 to 4 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder, or a combination)
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes (1.5 to 2 cups)
  • ¼ tsp THM Glucomannan ("gluccie") (optional, or xanthan gum)
