  • 4 ounces Tuscan (lacinato) kale, chopped into 1-inch pieces (about 4 cups)
  • 4 cups freshly cooked white rice
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons gochujang
  • 4 large raw egg yolks (ones you feel confident about)
