Grill chicken
Ingredients
  • subheading: Marinated chicken for a couple hours or overnight:
  • - 8 chicken thighs ( washed & dry with paper towels)
  • - 2 shallots ( minced )
  • - 2 lemongrass stalks minced
  • - 4 to 5 garlic cloves ( minced )
  • - 1 to 2 tsp black pepper
  • - 1 to 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • - 5 Tbsp brown/regular sugar
  • - 3 Tbsp fish sauce ( brand 3 crabs )
  • - 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • - 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • - cilantro ( cut small )
Steps
  1. *** Grilled in medium heat for 8 to 10 mins ( closed lid ), then flip over cook for 5 to 7 mins. ( an instant thermometer should read 170 ).
