Small Batch Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients

  • 1 large egg room temp
  • 3 tablespoon butter softened
  • ½ teaspoon ( 0.5 teaspoon) salt
  • 1¼ to 1⅔ cups ( 156.25 g) bread flour all-purpose can be used also
  • subheading: For the Filling:
  • 1½ tablespoon ( 1.5 tablespoon) butter softened
  • ⅓ cup ( 73.33 g) light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • subheading: Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:
  • 2 tablespoon butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup ( 120 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cream or milk
  • pinch of salt
