The Melting Pot's Classic Alpine Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Gruyére cheese, grated
  • 2 ounces raclette cheese, grated
  • 2 ounces fontina cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces white wine, preferably Pinot Grigio
  • ½ teaspoon or 1 level demi spoon fresh garlic, chopped
  • ½ lemon
  • 5 turns freshly ground black pepper
  • 7 to 8 strokes fresh nutmeg, grated
  • Artisan breads, seasonal vegetables, apple slices and charcuterie, for dipping
