- Salt and pepper to taste
- SAUCE (I use half BBQ sauce bottled & half Thai chilli sauce)
- 8 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 tbsp vinegar
- 16 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cups ketchup
- 4 onions finely diced
- 4 cups diced celery
