  • 1 ½ cups sliced carrots
  • 1 (12 oz) bag frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen green beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can black eyed peas (rinsed and drained)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
