Fermented Hot Honey
Ingredients
  • 5 of your favourite spicy peppers (we used 3 chilli peppers & 2 shepherd peppers to add some more sweetness. You can remove or keep the seeds)
  • 1 to 1.5 cup raw honey (make sure it's unpasteurized honey)
  • 16 oz Mason jar (we used wide-mouth) fermenting tools
  • note: ptional: garlic, cinnamon stick
