Instant Pot 12 Layer Meat Lasagna
Ingredients
  • note: Meat
  • subheading: 1 lb Lean Ground Beef. You can use half ground beef and half Italian sausage if you like.:
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • note: Cheese Mix
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese or cottage cheese. If you don't like either cheese, just use Mozzarella.
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • note: Need
  • 1 24oz jar Pasta Sauce about 3 cups, of your favorite brand
  • ½ cup Chopped Spinach Leaves, fresh, or frozen and thawed
  • Oven Ready or No Boil Lasagna Noodles
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • note: Cook Meat
  • Set pot to Sauté and add the beef and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring, until the meat is cooked.
  • Remove meat, drain, and set aside. Clean out pot and add 1 ½ cups water to it.
  • note: Cheese Mixture
  • In a mixing bowl combine the ricotta, egg, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and oregano. Use a fork to mix thoroughly. Set aside.
