  • For this version, I used a combination of red and green grapes. Green grapes have more of a tart flavor, which helps to balance out the sweetness of this recipe. However, if you prefer a sweeter salad, you may want to use all red.
  • For the cream cheese and sour cream, I chose to use the full fat version of both, but you can certainly opt for a lighter variety.
  • 4 c. red grapes
  • 4 c. green grapes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • ΒΌ c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
