Crock Pot Maple Soy Chicken
Ingredients
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup orange juice

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced or grated fresh ginger (or about 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1 tablespoon minced or grated fresh garlic (about 3 cloves) (or about 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • For serving: rice or lo mein noodles
  • Optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds; sliced green onion; crushed red pepper flakes
