Spicy V-cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 cups blanched Almonds
  • ¼ cup + Rejuvelac
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tblsp Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • ¼ cup chili flakes
Steps
  1. Soak Almonds for a week, rinse & change water daily
  2. Blend Almonds & add ALL ingredients & blend
  3. Place mix into mold/dish & cover lightly with cling film & leave in warm environment for 24 hours
  4. Cover tightly with cling film & refridgerate for 24 hours
  5. Using cling film to form desired shapes & roll in spicy paprika chili mixture & set aside for up to 2 months
