Healthy Super Green Smoothies
Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 cups packed spinach or kale
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and cubed
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium green apple, peeled, cored, and cubed
  • 1 bunch of green grapes anywhere from 1 to 2 cups; more if you want it sweeter, less if you don't want it as sweet
  • 1 cup water add more if you need it
  • 1 tsp finely minced fresh ginger
  •  
  • ¼ cup dairy-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
