  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Thai chili pepper (mince finely)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (mince finely)
  • 1 tablespoon minced lemongrass
