Syndy's Orzo, Quinoa, and Veggie Blend
Ingredients
  • ½ cup lentils, rinsed rinsed
  • ½ cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup orzo pasta
  • 2 small European cucumbers, unpeeled and diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, small diced
  • 1 small carrot, small diced
  • 1 small head broccoli, small diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  •  
  • Small amount of Italian dressing, home made
Steps
  1. Cook pasta, lentils and quinoa; drain well.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except dressing, in a bowl large enough to mix in.
  3. Serve with dressing added on the plate; never store the blend with dressing on it.
