  • ½ cup dried cranberries (craisins)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, additional dried cranberries, additional eggnog, sprinkled with nutmeg or cinnamon
