Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup frozen strawberries (also use ¾ cup of ice if fresh berries are used)
  • 1 cup any milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ cup alfalfa or other leafy sprout
  • 1 Tbs. chia seeds (you can soak these for 20 minutes in water before using them if you want. They will be thicker if you do.
  • 1 Tbs. honey or agave, or other sweetener, if desired.
