Creamy Ham and Pea Pasta
This was really good... used asparagus instead of peas
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  •  
  • 2 cups ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
