Veg casserole
Chop 1 onion speed 6 3 secs. Add 40g oil and sauté 120° for 3 mins speed 1. Add 3 medium potatoes, diced. Add 2 medium carrots sliced. Add 400ml water. Mix on reverse speed 1 at 100° for 10 mins. Whilst  mixing add in 2tbspns soy sauce, 2 'ice cubes' veg stock (mine from basic cookbook recipe but could use any), 1/2 tspn cumin, 1 tspn curry powder, 1-2 tbspn of tomato sauce. Scrape down sides with spatula. Add in green veg (broccoli or any other) frozen veg or other mixed veg (I used 5 veg frozen veg from Aldi, it has corn, cauli, beans, and some others). Cook for another 5 mins at 100° reverse speed 2 or until veges are tender and stew is bubbling hot (it could have been 10 but I did it in a hurry so I've forgotten!). Mix for 2 mins at 100° reverse speed 2-3 while adding 2 tbspns of cornflour mixed with water (milky consistency). It should make a gravy with a nice consistency. Transfer to thermoserver if you like and add 1/2 tin nutmeat diced or other meat replacement. Leave to sit
