  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 pounds bulk pork sausage
  • 4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large eggs, divided use
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil or ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
